What is Thai Yoga Massage?

Passive stretching

This is beneficial because you are stretching the muscles without the need for you to engage them. This means you get a deeper stretch to aid relaxation and overall well-being.

Acupressure

Incremental pressure applied to specific points on the body. Similar to acupuncture but applied with fingers, thumbs and elbows. This releases tension not just in the pressure point, but also in secondary areas which may be causing underlying issues.
